Bay Area Carpenters
Carpinteros de la Bahía was born out of the belief that a well-crafted piece of furniture can transform the way you experience your home. Founded by José de Jesús López Chávez, a native of Puerto Vallarta, what began as a small workshop has become a leading name in artisanal woodworking in Banderas Bay.
For over ten years, we have blended the techniques inherited from traditional Mexican carpentry with the demands of contemporary design. Today, our workshop in Valle Dorado serves clients ranging from private residences to large-scale hotel projects—such as the lobby of Grupo Vidanta’s new hotel—always working piece by piece, because true luxury is not mass-produced.
